Ms Helen Woollett Psychologist

Helen has spent many years helping people work through personal, career & mental health issues. She works with adults, couples & adolescents. She also has experience and interest in working with LGBTI clients and their loved ones and people managing the challenges / adjustments that come with different life stages. She is skilled in many therapies and offers strategies drawn from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), neuropsychotherapy, self compassion, nonviolent communication (NVC),–solution focused therapy, and ways to live mindfully. Helen offers a relaxed, compassionate, practical & non-judgmental service where you can feel safe & heard while you work through your concerns. Before working as a Psychologist Helen worked as a Registered Nurse/Midwife which assists her understanding of medical conditions / treatments.
