Helen specialises in working with Anxiety, however also works with a large number of issues from quitting smoking to weight loss. When booking an appointment online please leave a note in the space provided letting us know if you are a new client wishing to book in for a free 15 minute chat, first Quit Smoking session (3hrs), First Session for other issues (2hrs) of a returning client wanting a follow up appointment (1hr).
