I am a professional registered counsellor and mental health educator offering confidential and supportive counselling services to children, young people, and adults at my private practice in Fremantle. My therapeutic approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and creative, allowing me to build strong therapeutic connections with all my clients. I am passionate about supporting others through challenging life events and empowering people to identify their strengths, manage stress and process difficult emotions. I value innovative approaches that encompass creativity and flexibility to support and motivate my clients while they make positive changes and increase their sense of well-being and life satisfaction. I respect and understand how courageous it is to seek counselling and I strive to make the process comfortable and easy for everyone.
