Hanh, an Accredited Practising Dietitian from Melbourne, has a wealth of experience. She has worked as a Dietitian in private practice for almost two years and recently launched her own private practice. Hanh's passion lies in community service, promoting health and nutrition to empower individuals to make informed choices for better health. Her interventions consists of nutrition education of condition/ diseases that can impact the participants disability, label reading, supermarket tours, cooking workshops and food play. She also advocates for other health professional referral if there is a concern that is out of her scope of practice. This thorough approach aids in enhancing participants’ nutrition knowledge and nutritional status, ultimately boosting their independence and capabilities to achieve their goals.
