Overview

Hello, Thank you for reading my profile. My availability is more flexible than listed, I have restricted it to make room for clients I'm already seeing. If you would like to book an appointment please e-mail me at innerlighttherapy@outlook.com and I will find you a spot. Please read below to get to know me. This is another step in your journey and I`m so happy to get to know you. I feel privileged to be a Psychologist and walk alongside you in working towards better health. Our mind is so powerful and can be both enriching and detrimental. Understanding how we think and what experiences led us to these cognitions is the only way to get to know ourselves fully and lead a more balanced life. Sometimes the road is frightening, but we can work together. Just know at the end, I may have been there, but you did all the hard work. Fin completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Criminology with Honours, and went on to complete a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Fin is trained in several evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. Fin has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She also has extensive experience working with people experiencing trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression. She has worked in a range of settings including non-government organisations and Government departments in Australia and overseas.
