Her therapeutic approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs within a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. She believes everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and is honoured to support clients on their journey toward greater well-being. Eunice holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle, as well as Honours and undergraduate degrees in psychology from Monash University and the University of Melbourne. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. She has provided therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and facilitated group programs for parents and families. Eunice also has strong experience in neurodiversity-affirming assessment and support for ADHD and Autism, using tools such as the MIGDAS, WAIS-IV, WISC-V, DIVA-5, and Young DIVA. Her assessment work is shaped by a commitment to person-centred, respectful, and strengths-based formulations. She is passionate about creating inclusive, culturally sensitive therapeutic environments and continues to engage in ongoing professional development in trauma, neurodivergence, and integrative approaches.
