Psychologist - Clinical Registrar
Emma is a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with a passion for supporting women's mental health across all life stages. She has a particular interest in the perinatal period, providing support from preconception through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition.
Emma takes a compassionate, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
Emma has a particular interest in:
• Perinatal and postpartum mental health
• Pregnancy and early parenting adjustment
• Anxiety and mood concerns
• Emotional regulation
• Mindfulness-based approaches
Emma works collaboratively with clients to support emotional wellbeing, strengthen coping strategies, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Client age range: 18 years and older
Working days: Tuesday and Thursday
