I have a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental approach to therapy. I am passionate about building a collaborative and trusting relationship with you, as we are on this journey together. I integrate various evidenced-based treatments into therapy and enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. I have worked with a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, aggression, personality disorders and addiction.
I provide a safe environment to understand your unique experience and will support you to develop insight and skills to navigate life’s challenges. I will work with you to understand various aspects of your daily life (past and current) to help understand your experiences, with a focus on working together to listen to you and what you want from therapy and our sessions.
