The brave decision to seek therapy can be followed by a range of thoughts and emotions such as anxiety and apprehension. I am dedicated to offering clients a gentle, patient and respectful therapeutic space to enable improved stress management and personal growth. As individuals, we traverse the precious and unpredictable human experience; from despair to hope.
Each person has a unique experience, and I recognise this in my therapeutic approach, by tailoring treatment to fit your individual needs. I have extensive experience supporting people to find more sustainable ways to navigate their current experience, challenging memories and/or future-focused anxieties.
I work with clients by identifying strengths, promoting resilience, encouraging empowerment and enabling clients to experience ways of navigating through life with a greater sense of peace and purpose.
It is a true privilege to support my clients in their mental health journeys.
