Because of my professional and personal experiences, I have a strong understanding of the kinds of challenges that people from all backgrounds face and how those challenges affect both them and other people.
Because Emily has gone through her own personal therapy, she is better able to identify with others' needs, support others' personal development, and use a practical approach to discover answers to current problems.
Emily has expertise working with a wide spectrum of people and issues. Working with clients who wish to address anxiety, depression, perfectionism, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, low self-esteem, stress management, agitation, and procrastination is something Emily is particularly interested in.
