Em is an experienced pastor, supervisor, coach and mentor with a heart to see people develop and thrive in their sense of purpose and vocation. Through her own story, and in journeying with pastors, leaders and chaplains, Em remains convinced of the incredible value of intentional, collaborative relationships, reflective space and sustainable rhythms in fostering fulfilling professional and lay practice. With a background in education and social science, Em has navigated key seasons of transition and change in her ministry and family life, and she recognises the potential of such times for growth.
