Founder of Healing Conversations Counselling & Coaching
Elsa Anzora is a holistic, relationship counsellor, coach, and clinical supervisor. She is the founder of Healing Conversations Counselling & Coaching, where she supports couples, individuals and professionals to navigate relationship challenges, emotional pain, trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the deeper patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others.
Elsa’s work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with honest, compassionate conversations. Her approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed, while also honouring the connection between mind, body, emotion, and spirit. She draws from counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, somatic awareness, grief recovery, relationship counselling, domestic violence support, spiritual awareness, and clinical supervision to offer clients a safe and respectful space for reflection, healing, and meaningful change.
At the heart of Elsa’s practice is a deep understanding that people are not broken. Many of the patterns that create pain in adult life began as ways of surviving, coping, protecting, or seeking connection. Through her work, Elsa helps clients slow down, make sense of what has shaped them, recognise what no longer serves them, and begin to respond to life and relationships with greater clarity, responsibility, self-awareness, and compassion.
Elsa is especially passionate about helping people build meaningful, strong, and stable relationships. Whether working with couples, individuals, or professionals, she supports clients to strengthen emotional intimacy, improve communication, rebuild trust, regulate difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating. Her work invites clients to move beyond blame, avoidance, defensiveness, and survival patterns, and towards deeper understanding, accountability, healing, and transformation.
Her professional background includes formal qualifications in counselling, advanced coaching skills, spiritual awareness and practice, trauma healing, grief recovery, domestic violence support, relationship counselling, and clinical supervision. This broad foundation allows Elsa to work holistically while remaining practical, ethical, and client-centred.
