In my practice as a clinical psychologist, I have a warm and relaxed therapeutic style. I aim to create a space where you feel at-ease and understood. I’m curious about your experiences and what makes you, you. I will meet you wherever you’re at, and we’ll collaborate to understand the beliefs, or patterns that might be holding you back. Together, we’ll find ways to help you live a more fulfilling life, or even just reflect and learn more about yourself, and hopefully incorporate some humour along the way.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also draw from other modalities such as ACT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and schema therapy. I have experience supporting individuals through challenges like depression, anxiety disorders, anger, OCD, panic attacks, trauma, ADHD, chronic health issues (including pain and concussion), work stress, and grief and loss.
Beyond my therapeutic work, I also enjoy teaching in postgraduate psychology programs at a Melbourne University and supervising early-career psychologists as a board approved supervisor.
