Ms Elizabeth Banks Counsellor

Elizabeth holds degrees in Psychological Science and Counselling, as well as additional qualifications in mindfulness, meditation, family counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (including DBT), ACT, NLP and clinical hypnosis. Elizabeth has over a decade of experience of working with individuals, families and community groups and offers an in-depth understanding of life span development, brain-behaviour relationships, psychopathology, trauma and interpersonal connection. Working across clinical, educational, community and corporate settings, Elizabeth has a deep passion for empowering others, developing strategic approaches to wellbeing and fostering resilience in even the most complex cases.
