I believe in a non-judgemental and unconditionally positive approach to working with people. My focus is on positive changes that lead one closer to the life they want to live. I believe my role is to help people gain clarity about what they truly want in their life and assist them to overcome mental and practical barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals. I believe that people hold the answers within themselves, and that my job is to simply guide them towards these answers and help them to uncover the strengths they already hold. I have a practical and logical approach that is delivered with utmost compassion and understanding. I believe therapy should not be approached in a ridged manner and am happy to follow the flow of the people I work with, while gently keeping them on track to achieve their personal goals.
