Ms Connie Lam Dietitian

Connie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) passionate about taking the time to truly understand each client's unique needs, circumstances, and goals. With experience across both hospital and private practice settings, she has worked extensively with individuals living with mental health conditions, and understands firsthand how profoundly nutrition and mental wellbeing shape one another. She supports individuals across a broad spectrum of nutrition concerns, from gut health and chronic disease management, to simply learning to nourish yourself better day to day. Her approach blends evidence-based practice with genuine compassion, grounded in building trust-based relationships where clients feel truly heard and empowered to make sustainable changes without restriction. Connie is also a CPAP therapist with extensive experience supporting patients with obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), further deepening her understanding of the relationship between lifestyle, sleep, and overall wellbeing. At MindZen Psychology, Connie works as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with psychologists to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
