Claudine is a warm, confident and skilled professional with more than 20 years’ experience in specialist clinic, private practice, corporate, government, and not-for-profit workplaces.
With a longstanding interest in the bidirectional relationship between physical and mental health, Claudine utilises an integrative approach to support clients who experience:
• disordered eating or body image, including those with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and avoidant or restrictive eating
• functional gut disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome, nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, chronic diarrhoea or constipation

• perinatal issues
A passionate advocate for her clients, Claudine is dedicated to facilitating positive psychological and emotional changes utilising person-centered, collaborative and strengths-based approaches.
Claudine assists her clients to healthier functioning through building a strong therapeutic alliance, accurate assessment and empirically-supported treatment modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation and mindfulness-based approaches.
