Ms Christine White Psychologist

B.A.Psych, Grad.Dip.Psych, M.Psych Christine is a Clinical Psychologist, and is trained in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and attachment theory frameworks such as the Circle of Security and other approaches where appropriate. (She has a background in nursing, midwifery, and maternal and child health). Christine provides assessment and treatment interventions for clients with a range of mental health disorders, including generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, separation anxiety disorder and emotional regulation and behaviour for children, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic conditions, substance abuse and dependence, complex PTSD and trauma, grief, couple and family relationship work, attachment work with parents and infants and young children.
