Ms Chele Yntema Counsellor

clinic location

Overview

Chele Yntema is a PACFA/CCAA Clinical Practitioner specialising in burnout, breakdown, and trauma. With a comprehensive background in Interpersonal and Affective Neurobiology alongside her psychotherapeutic work with presentations of complex trauma, Chele has begun to recognise and truly appreciate some of the most invisible layers of trauma, specifically the paradoxes within various dynamics of power. Chele has a compassionate demeanour and approach that, alongside her trauma-specific training and experience, allows her to recognise and work with emergent presentations of ambiguous trauma that are reflected in burnout and breakdown. With an embodied understanding of the impact these more subtle layers of trauma have on individuals and collectives alike, it is Chele’s aspiration to bring forth – to clients and fellow practitioners alike, clarity amid a world of chaos.
