I'm Catherine, author and psychotherapist specialising in couples counselling, relationship coaching and individual support for those wishing to make meaningful changes in their relationships, lives and even careers. Other services also include parenting plans, divorce counselling, mediation, faith-based counselling and more. With nearly 10 years of experience supporting the community as an expert in relationship education I have also authored a book, "Better Together." I am an ACA registered mental health therapist and coach who deeply respects individuality, honesty, integrity, and connection. I have had the humbling privilege of supporting many couples and individuals in living their best lives possible! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree(Psych) and an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Case Management. I am Prepare Enrich Couples Counselling Certified and Suicide Assist trained. I am also certified in The Gottman Method. With decades of experience in the commercial sector, along with years of life coaching and mentorship, I bring a wealth of knowledge and life experience to my practice. My therapeutic and evidence based strengths include Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and CBT, as well as working with the Prepare Enrich Couples Counselling Modality, and Gottman Method which I consider are the most effective, expansive, and results-driven/evidence based marriage counselling programs available in the world to date.
