Overview

Brenda Dolieslager is the practice founder and managing director. She has been a registered clinical psychologist for over 25 years and has a wide range of general clinical and specialised experience, both clinically and in senior corporate and not for profit roles. She is a warm, friendly collaborative therapist, with a pro-active and skills focused approach in her work with clients. Brenda tailors her treatment approach to each client, and priorities the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship with every client. She uses only evidence based therapeutic frameworks in her work. Brenda works with adults and older adolescents (18+) and with most clinical and psychological presentations in her private practice (ranging from mental health problems and disorders such as depression and anxiety, trauma and other presentations, to life transitions, grief and loss, and career focused support). Special Interests: Human Sexuality and Diversity, Relationships and Couples Therapy, Mood & Anxiety Management, Stress Management, Assertiveness and Communication, Offending Behaviour & Forensic Psychology.
