Overview

I love getting to know you as an individual and what makes you tick. I enjoy working in a collaborative and holistic way, incorporating your strengths and values into your therapy journey. My style is conversational, warm and natural with a dash of humour thrown into the mix. There is nothing too small to talk about or work on. If you want to take steps to lead a life that better aligns with what you are about, then we can tackle your journey together. Hearing your story and being in a position to help you, in a meaningful way is a privilege that I don’t take lightly. Belinda completed a B.Psychology and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Belinda uses an integrative framework, using a mix of person-centered therapies including Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and mindfulness techniques. Belinda has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults. She also has experience working with people with disabilities. Belinda has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety and depression, workplace issues, interpersonal difficulties, and in particular working with parents experiencing parenting challenges. Belinda has worked in a range of settings, including schools, not for profit, private practice, corporate settings and government.
