I love getting to know you as an individual and what makes you tick. I enjoy working in a collaborative and holistic way, incorporating your strengths and values into your therapy journey. My style is conversational, warm and natural with a dash of humour thrown into the mix.
There is nothing too small to talk about or work on. If you want to take steps to lead a life that better aligns with what you are about, then we can tackle your journey together. Hearing your story and being in a position to help you, in a meaningful way is a privilege that I don’t take lightly.
