Hi! I'm looking forward to supporting you on your journey in working towards your goals, wherever you want to go. I aim to provide a safe space to talk about difficult things and value working with a bit of humour. Sometimes it helps bring some spark of joy back to the day to day. It can add meaning when it can be so difficult to look inwards and talk about our emotions. I find a safe space, sense of mutual respect and the therapeutic relationship is key in my practice.
