I love it when people take a proactive approach to their mental health. Bahtiyorhon completed Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and Master of Professional Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Bahtiyorhon is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Focused Therapy ( FFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy. Bahtiyorhon has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including government and non-government organisations, charities and private practice.
