I am a wife, a mother of adult children and a grandmother. I am also a teacher and a former school principal who has worked with school staff, children and families for 30 years. I understand the many problems that staff, families and students face in schools. I also know that while our families are such an important part of life, family dynamics and relationships can be challenging.
