~~~~~~~~ (URGENT: Andi has left our practice, and is now Principal Psychologist at Everyone Psychology. So, I do everything I can to help make it easier for you to take that first step to better health. Life throws us challenges that we aren’t prepared for, because we life gives the exam before the lesson. Whatever you’re going through, and it’s perfectly normal to need help discovering how you got lost, or deciding where you want to go, and how to get there. My motto is ‘if you change nothing, nothing changes’. If you want to make a difference in your life, I can guide you until you feel ready to continue without me. The tools and strategies I can show you, will last a lifetime! ~~~~ Andi’s therapeutic approach is non-diagnostic. She incorporates psycho-education and science-based practices to achieve comprehensive outcomes.
