Overview

I’m a clinical psychologist committed to helping people learn more about themselves through their life challenges and create more meaningful lives and relationships. My work focuses on helping my clients to reduce their suffering, enhance their adaptive coping, and improve their quality of life. Through creating a safe and non-judgemental space, I work with my clients collaboratively to develop interventions plans that are in line with their values and goals. I have a special clinical interest in the impact of adverse childhood experiences on people's physical and mental health. I have extensive experiences working with clients with chronic pain and complex trauma.
