My aim as a psychologist with over 22 years experience, is to make each session of therapy count towards greater well-being. There is no greater sense of achievement for me than to witness recovery in it's many forms: the Recovery Model underpins my treatment approaches. The therapeutic modalities which I use include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, Life-style enchancement, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.
