Overview
Amanda completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 1996 and has been working in clinical settings ever since. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions including, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-Focused approaches, Conflict resolution, CBT-E and Family Based Therapy to name a few. Amanda has worked across community, government and private sectors where her specialisation has been helping individuals, families, couples and young people with a variety of mental health concerns and trauma.
