Manda has been working with men, women and children for over fifteen years. She draws from significant experience working with families facing complex issues and has developed a gentle, insightful and warm approach that creates a safe and supportive environment to tackle tough issues.
Her approach is person-centred and draws from a range of creative strategies to support children and adults to tell their story, gain insight and be inspired to make choices that support their life goals. Her focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become able to access inner strengths and resources. Clients can expect a high level of empathy, respect and a strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Manda has training in creative arts therapy which supports her work with both adults and children. Manda also provides professional development and supervision to other counselling practitioners.
