Formerly a high school teacher, I have a natural ability to quickly develop relationships with teenagers and specialise in complex issues often affecting adolescents and their families. These issues often recur in adult relationships affecting daily life. By processing and understanding the past, it opens up a way to be able to move forward & improve relations. I am passionate about not just alleviating symptoms but helping you to understand and resolve patterns of behaviour. Working together, we determine goals and the direction of your therapy. With a broad range of experience from education, health and welfare sectors, both locally & internationally, I offer long and short term therapy focusing on urgent issues that need attention, to working more deeply to recognise, understand & resolve recurrent patterns or themes. My interests include personality disorders, relationship issues & life changes.
