Abby has worked in public and private healthcare settings and completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She enjoys working with teens and adults to improve their health, well-being, and functioning. She is collaborative, understanding, and caring in empowering her clients to explore their challenges and coping strategies. She is particularly interested in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and difficulties with stress, sleep, relationships, assertiveness, perfectionism, and self-confidence. Abby uses evidence-based psychological interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy.
