I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, young people, adults and families through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), behavioural difficulties, and emotional dysregulation. I work collaboratively and compassionately, tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs. I’m trained in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, Emotion Coaching, and Circle of Security Parenting, and I offer both individual and group sessions. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and deeply grounded in empathy and cultural understanding. I offer telehealth services Australia-wide, with a special interest in supporting parents, carers, and children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
