Wendy is a compassionate counsellor working with adults, as well as young people and children experiencing emotional, behavioural, or trauma-related challenges. She offers a calm, welcoming space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgement. Originally from the UK and having lived in Asia, she understands the challenges of cultural transition and living away from one’s country of origin.
Wendy supports clients through grief and bereavement in its many forms. With an understanding of the pressures facing children, young people, and families in today’s increasingly digital world, Wendy supports clients in building resilience, self-awareness, and stronger connections within themselves and their relationships and supports the development of healthy self-esteem and self-acceptance.
Wendy’s approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in compassion and respect for your individual pace, and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-focused and strengths-based approaches. She is committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space and warmly welcomes people of all cultures, faiths, religions, and LGBTQI+ communities.
Reaching out for support can be daunting. Wendy recognises the courage this takes and works alongside you from wherever you are.
