Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and founder of Swells of Life Therapy, providing trauma-informed counselling to individuals. I have experience working across both public mental health and private practice, supporting individuals with a range of presentations including trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach is relational, strengths-based and tailored to each individual, integrating evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT and ACT. I work with clients to better understand their experiences, develop practical strategies, and support meaningful, sustainable change. I aim to create a safe, compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel supported while gently encouraged towards growth.
