Stephanie has completed a Bachelor in Psychology with Honours. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Stephanie is trained in numerous evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Mindfulness.
Stephanie is an experienced psychologist who is warm and nonjudgmental. She has over 10 years experience in the field of mental health and has worked in numerous settings including government organisations, charities, employment and education. In this time, she has treated a range of concerns, including anxiety/depression, relational issues, drug/alcohol concerns and grief and loss. Stephanie enjoys working with people of all different ages, cultures and religions. She uses multiple types of therapeutic approaches depending on you and your presenting concerns. The main therapies she uses are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Mindfulness. Stephanie works hard for her clients and feels passionately about coming along side them to create lasting change in their lives.
