Mrs Stephanie Fallon Counsellor

Mountain Blue Therapy Blaxland, New South Wales, 2774

Overview

Over the years, I have worked with children and adults alike in many industries; it was in this work I discovered my love for supporting others and helping them realise their potential. I believe the role of the therapist is to create an environment where they can nurture and support the client in their exploration by drawing their attention to the patterns or themes in their lives that might require altering. In this context, the client is the expert in their own lives, and the therapist is a guide to deepening their understanding of themselves. Struggling with thoughts, feelings and behaviours is not weak, it is a response that our psychological and emotional health is rundown and in need of extra attention and care. Therapy is a space where we can safely explore challenges, develop healthy coping strategies and nurture ourselves.
