Overview

Sophia is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and is currently completing a registrar program to gain additional endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist. She holds a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology and has worked across private and public health settings, as well as in research and education. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a focus on the connection between brain function, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. She has experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Non-directive Pregnancy Support Counselling, Pregnancy and Parenthood Adjustment, Anxiety, and Depression. Sophia is particularly passionate about helping clients make sense of the connection between how their brain functions and how they think, feel, and behave. She supports clients to develop insight into their cognitive and emotional experiences, empowering them with strategies tailored to their individual needs.
