Overview

I’m a compassionate, creative, and curious EMDR therapist dedicated to creating a calming, collaborative space for young people, adults, and families. I work intensively, offering 90-minute sessions, 3-hour blocks, and deeper-dive intensives of 6-hour and 12-hour packages, allowing us the time and focus to make real, lasting progress. In each session, we use self-healing techniques and brain-body connection practices that cultivate choice, clarity, and confidence—providing an empathetic, trauma-informed experience that fosters hope and resilience. I’m especially passionate about integrating grounding techniques, mindfulness, and guided imagery to help reduce the intensity of symptoms and enhance emotional regulation. My approach is continually enriched by following leading voices in trauma and brain-body based therapy, such as Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Dan Siegel, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, David Grand, Susan McConnell, Ana Gomez, Elan Shapiro, Thomas Zimmermann, Laurel Parnell, Jamie Marich, and Kambria Evans.
