Mrs Sefronia Oakes Nurse Practitioner

Sefronia Oakes is a Nurse Practitioner providing assessment and ongoing care for adolescents and adults with neurodivergent needs, including ADHD and Autism. She offers comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support, including functional capacity assessments, assistance with education and workplace accommodations, and screening and referral for co-occurring conditions such as POTS, EDS, MCAS and related concerns. Sefronia works collaboratively with clients to better understand their needs and access appropriate supports, services, and adjustments to support long-term wellbeing and functioning.
