Mrs Rebecca Ryan-Mills Exercise Physiologist

Bec Ryan-Mills is a nationally Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Remedial Massage Therapist and holds additional qualifications in Myo-Fascial Dry Needling and Pilates. For the past 13 years Bec has been working with people from all walks of life including various international and national athletes and sports teams, and those with various injuries, illnesses and debilitating conditions. With over a decade of experience, Bec has a variety of specialties including chronic disease management, chronic pain management, manual therapy, sports and pregnancy massage, neurological rehabilitation, neuro-behavioural and neurodegenerative conditioning, pre and post op orthopeadic rehabilitation, falls prevention, strength and conditioning for seniors. Bec has extensive experience with various professional athletes from international, national and state sporting teams both in clinic and on game day. These athletes are members of; Australian Water Polo, Australian Bobsledding, Australian Women’s Cricket, Australian Swimming, Australian Water Polo, Australian Rugby League, Australian Triathlon, Australian Institute of Sport Men’s Cricket, NZ Women’s Netball, World Cup Rugby Teams and QLD Roar Football Club. In her youth, Bec represented QLD in hockey, Central QLD in Softball and participated in X-Games and Livid Tours as a semi-professional skateboarder. Outside of work Bec enjoys social tennis, fishing, bushwalking, skateboarding, snowboarding, playing guitar/drums, cooking, wining and dining and spending quality time with family and friends.
