I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage at Endeavour College of Natural Therapies. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with clients experiencing stress-related tension, chronic pain, and those undergoing sports recovery — using a body-informed approach that blends anatomical knowledge with breathwork to support lasting relief and improved mobility. In addition to remedial therapy, I have undertaken further training in Decongestive Lymphatic Massage and Integrative Lymphatic Massage, specialising in supporting clients living with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, and general oedema. These conditions involve the buildup of fluid in tissues due to issues with lymphatic flow or fat metabolism, often leading to swelling, discomfort, and reduced quality of life. My work focuses on improving lymphatic circulation, reducing fluid retention, and helping clients manage symptoms holistically and effectively. I am registered with the Australian Lymphology Association (ALA) and committed to upholding the highest standards of care in the field of lymphatic health. I am passionate about creating a safe, informed, and compassionate environment for clients navigating complex and chronic conditions.
