Medicare / DVA Bulk Billed appointments are available for: - Veterans with a D904 referral - Age Pensioners - Health Care Card holders and their dependents under the age of 19 with a valid referral from your GP. Please bring proof with you or full fees will apply. Medicare Referral: Payment of $75 is required in full at the time of your appointment. The rebate of $60.35 will be paid into your nominated bank account. WorkCover: If you have been injured at work and have seen your GP, I will endeavor to see you within 48 hours.
