I love to meet new people and learn from their life experiences. My clients have taught me much about human spirit and resilience. I believe change always begins within an individual. When the client and the psychologist work collaboratively, it can bring about a beautiful transformation.
My own life experiences have taught me a lot about finding happiness and meaning, learning to be positive, patient, accepting and resilient, and altering my thoughts and belief systems to adapt to whatever life gives me. These are the changes I help my clients make so that they can live a healthier and more joyous life.
I use both traditional and unconventional therapeutic approaches. My goal is to help you reach your vision of yourself and your life. I look forward to working with you!
