Natalie is the face of My Counselling & Wellbeing Services, which is a person centred counselling practice with an holistic approach to overall wellbeing and personal development. Natalie incorporates mindfulness, positive psychology, CBT, solution focus therapy and preson centred therapeutic techniques tailored to suit each individual. Natalie is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and adheres to their code of ethics and code of conduct within her practice. Natalie is always working on updating her skills and professional service delivery and encourages open and honest client feedback in order to provide the best service she can to her clients.
