Narelle is a compassionate, gentle and person-centred counsellor. Her practice is trauma-informed, and she holds a strong awareness that every person’s story is unique and deserving of being heard and held with care. Creating a safe, attuned, and trusting therapeutic relationship is central to her work.
With over 15 years of experience across the education and health sectors, Narelle has worked closely with adolescents, adults, couples, and families through a range of life challenges. Her background includes walking alongside individuals experiencing grief, loss, and significant life transitions. She holds a particular interest in women’s wellbeing and supporting women through the different stages and changes of life.
Narelle gently supports clients to explore how past experiences may influence their current wellbeing and relationship patterns, whilst helping them develop greater self-understanding and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She supports clients as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater hope, healing, and meaningful change.
Narelle is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counsellor’s Federation of Australia (PACFA).
