I am an experienced, caring and compassionate Psychologist with 25 years of experience in supporting people to create a life worth living. I have 25 years of experience working in the areas of private practice, child protection, school psychology, and private hospital mental health clinics. I have experience working with people with a history of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and personality disorders as well as grief, interpersonal issues and stress related difficulties. I have worked successfully with people of all ages, genders and from a diverse range of backgrounds. I have also worked in both city (Sydney and Newcastle) and regional (Hunter Valley) locations. I believe that I am open, genuine and relatable, and strive to appreciate all people rather than trying to ‘solve’ them.
