Mrs Minoli Wickramasinghe Counsellor

Mindful Connections Online Practice, Wellington

Overview

I support youth, couples, and people in recovery to navigate challenges and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping strategies, and work toward personal and relationship goals. My approach is person-centred and evidence-based, drawing on trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and recovery-focused practices. I help young people manage mental health and substance-related challenges, guide couples in strengthening their relationships, and support individuals in recovery to find hope, stability, and resilience. With over ten years of counselling and training experience, I am committed to creating an environment where people feel empowered to make meaningful changes. If you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your recovery journey, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
