Overview
Supporting the community with mental health issues is a passion of mine. I have focused on CBT as the main type of therapy I use. In therapy I always work to affirm the world view of the client and also affirm their belief system. I have more than 14,000 hours experience and I am also a qualified ACA Supervisor.
