Overview

I offer a welcoming and supportive space for clients to enhance their psychological well-being and cultivate a balanced life. I started my career into psychology as a student of counselling and psychological science at the Australian College of Applied Psychology for 6 years before going into practice at a not for profit NGO over the last 2+ years. I employ a warm, empathetic counselling style, adopting a flexible approach tailored to suit my client’s needs. I draw on a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Approaches. I have a particular interest in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
